Different Kinds of Industrial Paper Shredders

There are actually a few different kinds of these shredders that you can choose for your office. These include shredders that can do more than shred documents, shredders that cut your paper up into confetti-sized pieces, shredders that destroy your documents by cutting them into strips, and shredders that can do all of the above. These are the choices you can make when it comes to these huge industrial-type paper shredders:

• Cross-cut Industrial Paper Shredders. These kinds of shredders cut the documents you are shredding into small, diamond-shaped pieces that are virtually impossible to put together. These are often the choice of offices that have a lot of sensitive documents to destroy.
• Strip-cut Paper Shredders. Strip-cut shredders are often used by offices who simply want to get rid of papers that are crowding up their offices and do not really have that much information that is sensitive or vital to the company. These are the cheaper types of shredders.
• Heavy-duty Document Shredders. These are the kinds of shredders that can be used to shred just about anything in your office. This includes diskettes that may contain sensitive information and other similar items that you might need to get rid of.
